Smoothie bowls are so refreshing and delicious, but they can be packed full of fruit (read: heaps of sugar). We’ve tried to keep the sugar on the down low with this Brazilian superfood berry recipe, so we can maximise those toppings.
100g frozen açaí (typically one sachet)
1 cup almond milk
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp peanut butter
1 scoop protein powder (optional)
1 tbsp honey (optional)
Blitz together in a blender until thick and smooth.
Top with your choice of fruit, muesli, coconut, seeds or nuts.
