We made a thing! It’s called Sticky Chai Tea and we swear our spices and sweet nothings with bring you back from the brink. We’ve been working on this little recipe for a while now, and in between weddings, babies, work and life – we are so chuffed to have finally perfected it!

Infused with star anise, cardamom, cinnamon and a drizzle of Australian honey, our chai can be brewed over the stove with warm milk, or enjoyed on its own poured over ice (recipes below). Drop us a line for orders $25 for 200g + p&h.


Place one tablespoon heaped chai in a pot over the stove, cover with a little water and simmer. Add two cups of milk and bring to the boil.  For the sweeties, add more honey. Strain and serve.


Brew one heaped tablespoon of chai + 1.5 cups boiling water for four minutes. Strain and leave to cool completely. Add lots of ice, lemon and mint for Summer fun times.
